How does Arya match for soft skills which are harder to quantify and measure?

Arya incorporates soft skills into the sourcing process, and they are one of the many attributes that are evaluated by the deep learning models.

Can a "perfect" resume be fed into Arya to find other ideal candidates?

Yes! You can add a “gold standard” resume along with the job description or even just minimal job details like title, location, etc.

Which ATS and job boards do you integrate with?

Arya Quantum integrates with any/all ATS and CRM’s that have APIs for bi-directional transfer of data. This has become a standard for most current ATS/CRM solution providers.  Additional details on integrations, including job boards, can be found on our Integration Partnership page. Job board and ATS integrations are not required. The Arya Fusion edition is powered by our active and passive channels and works on its own.

Is Arya available outside of the U.S.?

Arya Fusion and Quantum editions are global solutions that have demonstrated value to companies across the world. We actively support clients in over 130 countries and 18 languages. We have standard integrations with some international job boards and are actively adding new ones.  Arya Pulse is currently only available in the US, but we expect to expand internationally.

What is Arya Quantum and what does it do?

Arya Quantum by Leoforce is an artificial intelligence (AI) tool that helps recruiters in HR departments, recruiting process outsourcers (RPOs), and staffing agencies find better job candidates more efficiently. It sources and qualifies candidates from inside and outside the hiring company and aggregates all the best candidates into a single, stack-ranked list that’s easy to manage.

Is Arya Quantum some kind of artificial intelligence robot that takes over hiring?

Absolutely not. AI software will never replace recruiters in the most critical parts of hiring. Arya Quantum is simply a tool uses AI to simplify and automate a lot of repetitive sourcing tasks. The result is that recruiters spend less time scrambling and more time doing what they do best: building relationships with promising talents and strategically growing the workforce. 

I’ve used other AI recruiting before, and I wasn’t impressed.

Once you create an account, simply log in and create a job, which means you give us information about a job that will help us find qualified candidates. You can create job with market intelligence info and online assistance defining your job requirements (recommended), or you can choose to fill in your job info manually.

Arya then starts finding candidates for your job in 30 minutes or less. You will be notified through email as soon as a candidate list is ready for you. You can review profiles, download resumes, and shortlist candidates. Our dedicated talent acquisition team will reach out to your favorites, ask your qualifying questions, and provide you with a list of interview-ready applicants.

Where does Arya Pulse find candidates?

Arya Pulse matches your job requirements to the world’s largest pool of candidates – more than 800 million profiles globally. These profiles are aggregated from more than 80 talent sources, including the most popular job sites and dozens of professional networking sites.

How does Arya Pulse determine if someone is a good fit for my job?

The Arya platform uses industry-leading Artificial Intelligence (AI) to match your job to the perfect candidate. We don’t just match keywords in your job description; we go beyond that to look at a candidate’s entire employment history and skills repertoire to determine who’s most likely to succeed in your open job.

How long does it take to get qualified candidates?

Once you review your candidate list and shortlist your favorites, we start reaching out right away and sending you motivated candidates, ready to interview. Many of our customers are able to start setting up interviews within a couple of days.

What do I need to get started?

Before you begin, you should have a job description, including job title, location, and required skills and experience. Have some questions ready that you’d like our recruiters to ask the candidates. We will suggest some questions based on your job description, and you can submit your own questions. When our recruiters reach out, we’ll ask these questions and screen out anyone who doesn’t meet your needs.

How can I pay?

What is the typical project length?

The average project length is 30 days ; however, this can increase or decrease depending on your needs.

What is the guarantee?

What is the guarantee? We guarantee at least 3 qualified and interested candidates ready for interview, within the agreed-upon time. “Qualified” means one who passes the screening questions you provide, and “interested” means one who has either applied for the role and/or has confirmed with the recruiter that they are interested in working for your company in this role.

What is the cost?

We offer a fixed price per job requisition based on the role, recruiting need, geographic scope, and duration. Our per-job pricing model allows clients to make an unlimited number of hires and retain ownership of all candidate profiles upon project completion, and we do not present those candidates to other clients.
